Aala Shurbjy Bio: Aala lost over 80 pounds by improving her diet, movement, and will power. By changing mindless and toxic behaviors, she overcame obstacles and thought patterns that she did not realize were there. Aala is a certified health and wellness coach who uses her love of food and compassion for people to help create an optimal community. She helps people harness their strengths to accomplish long-term goals and helps break off the inner dialogue that tells people they are incapable of change.
Latesha Grant Bio: Latesha is a proud member of the Peachtree Corners community who welcomes all the local residents into the Teesha Yoga family. She encourages them to begin a transformative lifestyle change as they take on yoga and absorb all the healthy benefits that it offers. Latesha herself has been practicing the arts of yoga since the early 2000s and motivates each of her clients to dig deep within themselves to uncover their true selves and the ultimate inner peace. Latesha is certified in Yoga Therapy, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Sports, Senior's Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
