From a young age, Justin Hart had a passion for problem-solving—an instinct that led him to the legal profession. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Justin has spent nearly two decades applying his legal expertise across various fields, including contract law, compliance, and business operations.

Justin’s legal journey began with real estate closings, where he gained firsthand experience guiding clients through complex transactions. Over the years, he expanded his expertise, working in compliance and contract negotiation, ensuring that companies operated within the bounds of regulatory frameworks while protecting their interests.

Justin is married to Courtney Shealy Hart, who works for UGA in Development. Together, they are raising their two children, Jackson and Mara, and enjoy spending weekends at Lake Keowee or cheering on their kids’ sports teams.
