Michael Anderson

I'm a spice blending enthusiast and craftsman with a background in Software Development. Some where down the line I discovered my passion and skillset thrives in the creative space, especially when it comes to food. In 2010 I founded Spice Crafters LLC, a specialty food manufacturer specializing in hand-crafted spice blends, sauces, and condiments. After launching a couple food brands that did ok, I launched my breakout D2C brand Chilau®? in August 2016 via Kickstarter. Since then the brand has grown to include 6 SKU's, including our game changing Boil Bomb®? seafood boil. We do it all online direct to consumer, one relationship at a time.
