Corners Outreach Welcomes United Way and View Point Health to its Community Center
Agencies focus on services to Gwinnett County families

Norcross, GA: Corners Outreach announced last week at its Ribbon Cutting ceremony that two new tenants have agreed to locate offices at the organization’s community center. View Point Health will relocate its offices from Jimmy Carter to the center’s fourth floor. Additionally, United Way of Greater Atlanta’s regional headquarters will have office space on the center’s third floor.

“We have been in Gwinnett County for over 20 years. We support service priorities such as early learning, college and career readiness, and economic stability through many different partners, such as Corners Outreach. We show up here locally in Gwinnett to identify and prioritize resources and solutions to ensure we are all pulling in the same direction,” says Denise Townsend, Regional Director of United Way of Greater Atlanta.

“We are moving one of our outpatient clinics and two of our youth-serving club houses to the fourth floor of the Corners building. We are so excited to have this opportunity because the individuals and families that we serve need the services that Corners Outreach provides as well,” says Jennifer Hibbard, CEO of View Point Health.

“Both tenants will lift our community as we share opportunities with our families for mental health along with our offerings of tutoring, workforce development, and more for View Point families through Corners,” says Larry Campbell, CEO of Corners Outreach.

Corners Outreach acquired this community center in March of 2023, and much of the building has been under construction until just last month. Corners Outreach offers early learning, after school tutoring, high school mentoring, music and dance, workforce and staffing, living wage jobs in lawn care, and more. They just started a soccer program and are raising money to build a soccer field on their campus, along with adding a food pantry. To learn more or to donate, visit cornersoutreach.org.
