Peachtree Corners Business Association Donates $500 to Norcross Foundation of Excellence at February, 2026 Event

The Peachtree Corners Business Association (PCBA) awarded a check for $500 to the NHS Foundation of Excellence at our February, 2026 Business After Hours event!

Norcross High School Foundation for Excellence Mission is to Ensure the success of all students at NHS by building community support and by raising funds to cultivate excellence in academics, arts and athletics.   The Foundation's vision is that "Every student at Norcross High School will be prepared to excel in college, career, and life."

“The PCBA is proud to donate a check for $500 to support the After School Matters Program and Annual Gala on March 20, 2026 which will positively impact the students and support the NHS Foundation of Excellence and their efforts to further education.   
"After School Matters (ASM) is a teacher-led after school tutoring and mentoring program for at-risk 9th and 10th graders.  Results have seen an increase in student engagement and school attendance.  The PCBA Board and Outreach Committee was impressed with these continuing results and the NHS Foundation missions to help these at risk students become a successful part of our community" says Lisa Proctor, PCBA President.

Funds for the PCBA Community Outreach program are raised throughout the year from PCBA membership, sponsorship, and our annual charity event.  Donations and scholarships are awarded at our monthly events so our members have the opportunity to learn more about these organizations.   Since inception in 2012, the PCBA has proudly awarded 20 scholarships and donated in excess of $185,250 + into our metro Atlanta community.
