Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

This role involves answering calls, greeting clients and guests warmly, and providing top-notch customer service, along with administrative assistance to various departments. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required for this position. Prior experience in customer service or sales is recommended.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Greeting clients and customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assisting with customer pick-ups and inquiries, always providing excellent customer service.
• Basic data entry and administrative tasks.
• Utilizing computer systems efficiently; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, experience with NetSuite or similar products is advantageous.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Computer proficiency is essential; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, mainly outlook, Excel and Word.
• Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the marketing or print industry is a bonus, though not mandatory.
• Must be able to work full-time during business hours, Monday to Friday.
